We’re looking for a Staff Engineer with a strong architectural mindset and deep experience in full-stack development and DevOps. In this role, you’ll be a key technical leader, designing scalable solutions, driving best practices, and ensuring the reliability of our infrastructure. While you’ll be responsible for some DevOps work, your primary focus will be on architecting and delivering impactful technology solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and enjoys shaping both product and engineering strategy in a lean, high-performance culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions across the stack.
• Guide and mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence across the team.
• Optimize AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and security through best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to align technical decisions with company goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of engineering experience (preferably in startups).

• Strong software architecture and system design expertise—you can create solutions that scale.

• Expert-level AWS—you know how to build and manage infrastructure at scale.

• Proficiency in React & Node.js—you can confidently contribute to frontend and backend development.

• Expertise in Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling—you understand best practices for building scalable and maintainable infrastructure.

  Strategic mindset—you think beyond the code to align engineering with business objectives.

• Bias for action—you take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
