We’re building a category-defining product — and organic search will be one of our biggest compounding growth levers.
We’re hiring an Organic Growth Manager to own and scale our organic acquisition engine across traditional and AI-driven search surfaces.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just optimize pages — they build durable search advantage. You’ll own strategy and execution end-to-end, identify high-leverage opportunities, ship fast, and turn organic into a meaningful revenue driver.

Define and execute an SEO strategy tied directly to user growth and revenue.
Identify high-intent search opportunities and turn them into scalable entry points.
Build and iterate on a clear roadmap focused on impact, not activity.
Improve crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
Optimize on-page SEO: content structure, internal linking, schema, metadata.
Ensure proper canonicalization, structured data, and search-friendly page templates.
Partner with engineering to implement structural improvements efficiently.
Develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies.
Design data-driven or product-led link acquisition initiatives that generate defensible authority.
Identify partnership, PR, and content-led link opportunities.
Strengthen domain authority through high-quality, defensible signals.
Monitor competitive backlink profiles and identify gaps.
Experiment with AI search visibility and citation patterns.
Adapt content structure to improve inclusion in emerging search surfaces.
Build scalable search surfaces (e.g., comparison pages, programmatic frameworks, structured content hubs) that compound traffic over time.
Track traffic quality, activation, conversion, and revenue impact.
Own organic contribution to pipeline and subscription growth.
Run structured experiments and double down on what works.
Communicate insights clearly and influence cross-functional priorities.
4–6 years of hands-on SEO and organic growth experience.
You’ve driven meaningful traffic and revenue growth before.
You move quickly and prioritize ruthlessly.
You’re comfortable working with engineering and product.
You think in systems, not just pages.
