We’re a tight-knit team of 30 based in San Francisco’s Financial District, serving some of the world’s largest enterprises

As our Office Manager, you’ll own day-to-day office operations where you will foster a welcoming and productive environment ensuring that the team has what they need to do their best work. You’ll manage vendors, coordinate events, oversee facilities, and play a key role in employee onboarding and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the SF office—workspace organization, supplies, mail, and vendor management

  • Support new hire onboarding and team events

  • Manage office budgets, ordering, and vendor relationships (catering, cleaning, maintenance, etc.)

  • Coordinate internal meetings, offsites, and company events

  • Manage access, security, and workplace tools (badges, IT requests, seating plans)

  • Serve as the point of contact for building management and external visitors

  • Contribute to culture initiatives—birthday celebrations, team lunches, and milestone recognitions

  • Support executive and operations teams with scheduling and logistics as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles (startup experience preferred)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; you thrive in a fast-moving environment

  • People-first mindset with a passion for building positive team culture

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and modern office tools

  • Comfortable working onsite in San Francisco 5 days per week
