PointOne is reinventing how professional services firms operate.

Our AI-powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We’re a venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of engineers (Google, Applied Intuition) and ex-attorneys. Following an excellent seed round and rapid customer adoption, we’re expanding our GTM and talent teams to keep up with demand.

We’re looking for exceptional early-career operators to join PointOne through the PointOne Growth Fellowship , a rotational program for exceptional new graduates who want to learn how AI startups scale—from building revenue pipelines to building world-class teams.

We’re a small, ambitious team working to modernize an industry that has historically been underserved by great software. As we grow, two things matter above all else: scaling our exceptional internal team and building strong relationships with customers.

The PointOne Growth Fellowship is an opportunity to work directly on both.

This Role Sits At The Intersection Of Go-to-market And Talent. Over Your First Six Months, You’ll Gain Hands-on Experience Across Both Teams:

  • 3 months building revenue pipeline with the GTM team
  • 3 months helping build PointOne’s talent engine

After completing both rotations, Fellows transition into the area where they’ve demonstrated the strongest performance and interest, typically in sales, recruiting, or other growth-focused roles.

The fellowship is designed for people who want to understand how startups actually grow—by building the pipelines that bring in both exceptional teammates and new customers. Ideal candidates will have strong sales instincts, intellectual curiosity, and competitive drive who want early exposure to how high-growth companies scale—from building the revenue pipeline to assembling world-class teams.

Program Structure

The fellowship begins with two structured rotations designed to give you direct exposure to the company’s core growth functions.

First 6 Months

  • 3 months in Go-To-Market (Sales Development)
  • 3 months building PointOne’s Talent Growth Engine

After completing both rotations, Fellows will specialize into one path based on performance, interests, and company needs.

Post-Rotation Paths

Fellows Will Transition Into Full-time Roles In:

  • Sales / Go-To-Market
  • Talent & Recruiting
  • Growth or GTM Operations

The goal of the program is to develop high-impact operators who deeply understand how startups build both revenue and teams.

The PointOne Growth Fellowship sits directly at the intersection of those two systems.

The Difference You Will Make

As a Fellow, you’ll help build the top-of-funnel infrastructure that powers the company’s growth.

You’ll Work On Initiatives That Influence:

  • Revenue pipeline generation
  • Talent pipeline development
  • Outbound systems and growth experiments
  • How PointOne identifies exceptional people and future customers

In other words, you’ll help build the two engines that determine whether a startup succeeds or fails.

What You’ll Work On

GTM Rotation (Revenue Engine)

During your GTM rotation, you will work with the sales team to help identify and engage potential customers.

You Will:

  • Research and map target accounts and decision-makers
  • Help develop outbound strategies and messaging
  • Launch targeted outreach campaigns
  • Qualify early customer conversations
  • Track engagement and pipeline metrics
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine targeting strategies

This rotation provides hands-on exposure to how modern SaaS and AI companies generate pipeline and convert interest into revenue.

Talent Rotation (Internal Growth Engine)

During your Talent rotation, you’ll help build PointOne’s internal growth engine—the system that identifies and attracts exceptional people to the company.

Rather than traditional recruiting, this work focuses on building long-term talent networks and proactively identifying high-potential operators.

You Will:

  • Identify exceptional talent across engineering, product, and go-to-market roles
  • Engage promising candidates early in their careers
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns to attract future teammates
  • Conduct exploratory conversations with prospective candidates
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand emerging talent needs
  • Help build long-term talent pipelines across key markets

You’ll gain firsthand exposure to how high-growth startups identify, engage, and recruit the people who ultimately build the company.

What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like

A Typical Day Might Include:

  • Researching emerging companies, operators, and talent networks
  • Launching targeted outreach campaigns
  • Speaking with potential customers or future teammates
  • Testing messaging and growth experiments
  • Analyzing pipeline data and conversion metrics
  • Collaborating with GTM and talent leaders on targeting strategies

You’ll develop strong instincts around how opportunities are created from scratch, whether that’s a new customer relationship or a future hire.

Fellows will transition into roles at PointOne following the rotation period in sales, GTM operations, or talent depending on performance and areas of interest.

This is intense early-stage startup work. You will be expected to take ownership, bring structure to ambiguity, and build the connective tissue between our customers, internal teams, and our product.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive commission component will also be offered as part of the package.
