Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer role based in Chelsea, NY. The GTM Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and optimize technical solutions that align with the company’s product and market strategies. This role involves working closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, helping implement integration solutions, and providing technical expertise during the sales and deployment cycle. Responsibilities include creating technical documentation, scripting solutions for client needs, analyzing system performance, and contributing to product improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Skills in APIs, integrations, and automating workflows
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP, and understanding of DevOps practices
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders
• Organizational skills for handling multiple projects and client accounts
• Familiarity with legal tech or professional service industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
