About the Role
We’re hiring a Product & Growth Lead to work directly with our Founder & CEO to help drive Tofu’s next stage of growth.
This is a high-leverage, high-trust role. You will sit at the intersection of product, customer, and growth.
You’ll shape the roadmap, work to inject growth into our product and make strategic decisions to help Tofu reach $10M in ARR.
You’ll act as a force multiplier across the business; working closely with leadership, investors, and customers to keep engineers aligned, efficient, and moving fast.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the CEO, CTO and engineering to drive product strategy, execution, and operational rhythm
- Own our product roadmap, prioritizing the initiatives that move the needle and multiply growth
- Work closely with our highest-value customers and enterprise accounts, understand their most pressing pain points and turn them into high leverage features
- Act as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO, filling gaps, solving problems, and enabling scale
Who You Are
- 3–7+ years of experience in growth or product roles
- Have helped build or scale SaaS products generating millions in revenue
- You’ve worked with LLMs, agentic workflows and understanding prompting very well
- Strong analytical and operational mindset
- You can articulate your thoughts and write clearly
- High EQ and can/are interested in managing relationships with customers
- Comfortable working across product, GTM, and ops
- Thrive in ambiguity; you can prioritize, execute, and lead without direction
- Toronto-based
- Bonus: you've started a company before, built a product or side project with reasonable scale or revenue
Note: this will be intense and you need to be up to the challenge

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is CA$160,000 – CA$190,000 per year.
